Along with Private Hot Tub & Private laundry, complete kitchen with microwave, bathroom with full size tub, air conditioning, outside patio area over looking Tuller's Lake, SMART TV with Netflix, and 80+Mbps ULTRA FAST WIFI. SOME REVIEWS Very comfortable and clean place. With everything you need to cook or eat a meal. Coffee maker with filters. Ice cubes made. Nice dishes and silverware. The kitchen is fully stocked. They have paper towels and dish soap. Washer/dryer and extra towels. Loved the artwork and the wood accents on the ceiling! The apartment is very well made! We would definitely stay here again. Very close to Interlochen Center for the Arts!! Pamela A truly lovely place! Our stay was the perfect relaxing retreat we were hoping to find. Jeff is an outstanding host. It was immediately obvious that he cares about the quality of the property and the experience of his guests. I spent as much time as possible on the enormous balcony, enjoying the picturesque view and sounds of nature. The unit size was just right for two — perfectly cozy, not at all cramped. This was our first time visiting Interlochen and we quickly realized that the location of this Airbnnb made it the perfect hub for day trips and good local eats (and we loved how close it was to a full-sized grocery store.) It was only a short trip in either direction to reach headliner destinations like the Lake Michigan shoreline or Traverse City, with plenty to see and do along the way. We had a great time during our 4-night stay and genuinely look forward to coming back! Katherine In our current times you will find reassuring we go to great lengths to make sure the place is cleaned properly and that on very frequent occasions between guests we perform a Ozone treatment on the place for that extra step to be safe and clean. Ozone is amazing, with the SARS virus scientist discovered that Ozone treatments kill 99.8% of Virus's. Also the entrance to the place is from outside NO inside hallways to walk down. The things you will LOVE about The Pennington #1 Location, located RIGHT OFF of US 31, just 1/2 mile West of the traffic light in Interlochen. #2 Self check in we have a keypad lock no keys required for entry. #3 Newly remodeled, modern design #4 The unit is AIR CONDITIONED for those warm summer days. #5 Nice outside deck area with table and chairs overlooking our Private Lake Here are some THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting. #1 FAST WIFI #2 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay. #3 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so there will be neighbor noise at times. #4 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay. #5 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options. Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place! The Pennington is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region. The Pennington features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as MICROWAVE, POTS & PANS, COFFEE MAKER, TOASTER, BLENDER, SLOW COOKER and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal and Coffee, Creamer & Sugar. This is a 1 BEDROOM unit with a KING SIZE bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” SMART TV, 100+ Mbps WIFI . The bathroom has a FULL SIZE TUB/shower, HAIR DRYER, IRON & BOARD and we also have a WASHER & DRYER to take care of your laundry needs. Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts, we highly recommend you do a search, just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. ***Attending a special event and you know others in need of lodging, we have several other places, inquire for the other listings and availability.
