The space Our lake home has a bedroom and full bathroom on the main level, plus two additional bedrooms and a half bath upstairs (see below for bed sizes). The main level has a large open-concept great room that includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry. Just off the living room is a heated four-seasons room with beautiful views of the lake. The home has central and baseboard heating and there is also an electric fireplace below the TV. 100% of our cleaning fees go directly to the cleaner. ***WINTER GUESTS: First floor has central gas heat, which covers the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, main bathroom, and sunroom. Upstairs bedrooms have their own personal baseboard heaters. Dock is removed from October to April.*** Home has a long private driveway with rear parking, and front and back doors for your convenience. There's also a firepit near the seawall. MAIN LEVEL BEDROOM: Queen bed UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 1: Bunk bed with one full and one twin UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 2: Queen bed Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, backyard, front yard, patio w/ electric awning, additional lakefront lawn, swing gazebo, and 44 feet of direct-access lake frontage. Large storage ("little house") is full of water toys you are welcome to use. Small storage building not included in the rental. Dock inserted and available May thru September only. Other things to note -Maximum 4 cars are permitted. Street-side and grass parking not allowed. -No smoking indoors. -Maximum two dogs. Our insurance does not allow aggressive breeds. -Boat launch is located in WJ Hayes State Park. Daily pass for non-residents is $12+. Check with park for current rates. -Our lake frontage has firm sandy bottom, adult knee to hip deep from the seawall to approximately 40 ft out. -Dock is removed during off-season.
