The space Welcome to our lakeside getaway in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Enjoy stunning lake views and sunshine from the expansive deck, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertaining. The outdoor space features ample seating along the deck and stone walkway, a grill, and a propane fireplace—perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings, beautiful weather, and memorable evenings. A wine chiller is available to keep your favorite local wines perfectly chilled during your stay. The home offers direct lake access for swimming or kayaking. Please note there is no public beach at this access point; however, nearby swimming beaches are available at Atwater Park and Kershaw Park. Kindly review the photos for details on lake access and be respectful of neighboring properties. Inside, the spacious kitchen and family room provide an ideal setting for gathering and entertaining. The primary bedroom features a king bed and direct walkout to the deck with scenic lake and nature views. Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen bed, twin beds, two air mattresses, and a sectional sofa. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, utensils, and dishware. For your convenience, the home includes two rolls of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a starter supply of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. To help minimize mosquitoes, please keep screen doors closed when possible. Citronella candles will be provided upon arrival. Fall is a beautiful time to visit, with vibrant foliage and close proximity to Bristol Mountain for scenic views and skiing. The property is also conveniently located near Canandaigua and the many attractions, wineries, and outdoor activities the Finger Lakes region has to offer. Winter Notice: The home is available year-round. During winter months, the private access road slopes downhill and may be snow-covered or icy. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended. The road is plowed when snowfall exceeds 3 inches. Due to lake runoff, salt use is limited but applied when necessary. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
