Guest access Whole house will be available to guests, EXCLUDING basement floor which is locked. Basement is reserved for the homeowners personal use. Guests have access to garage and front of the house. Hiking down slope behind house is NOT recommended. Please be advised. Children must be supervised at all times especially around patio balconies and stairs. Other things to note We ask that guests honor the MAXIMUM number that our home can comfortably accommodate. Additional guests past the 8 will need PRIOR approval from hosts AND will have to AGREE to having additional fee assessed onto their reservation. The home is equipped with outside surveillance cameras at the front door and garage/driveway that will confirm the number of people staying at the house.
