We are also honored to host service men and women and their families both former and current. We love our Navy graduates and regularly accommodate those in town to celebrate winging ceremonies as well as other honors. The home also commonly serves those who are in town for funeral services and frequently host celebration of life gatherings. This one of a kind space served as offices and was also vacant for some years. We are excited to breathe new life in the home and invite you to share your love and laughter and make memories in this special place! Guests will have exclusive private use of the entire 4400 sqft home including 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, kitchen, grand lobby, 2 levels of giant wrap around porches, large dining, room, library drawing room, formal parlor and movie theater theme room! Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home, yard, porch and deck. There is parking around the back of the home that can accommodate approx 7-10 vehicles if organized well. Other things to note Being a 100+ year old home staying here is a little different than staying in a modern construction home. Please be mindful of low railings and fragile architectural elements and antiques. One of Pensacola’s architecturally significant Victorian homes. Built originally in 1904 for the Thomas W. Brent, Jr. family. It has also been a hotel, a bed-and-breakfast, an advertising agency, and many more. Previously featured in Southern Living Magazine. The house construction initiated in 1902 by Steamboat Captain James M. Flynn and was completed around 1904 when the Prominant Brent family moved in. While this home has served many roles throughout its history, many of the charming historic details remain intact today. This includes the ornate wooden staircase in the foyer, 7 original fireplaces each with a unique hand carved wooden mantel. A favorite detail are the stunning stained glass windows throughout the house!
