Unfortunately, early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated. Please adjust your travel day. - Only two cars are allowed per HOA rules. - No smoking allowed. - Spiral staircase to the second level may not be suitable for those with disabilities or small children. - Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season (June 1 to December 1), as there are no refunds for cancellations due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations. - The Pets' breed and age need approval before booking, and the cleaners charge a $100 fee which will be passed to you. HOA requires to be leashed at all times and poop scooped. You are welcome to the full townhouse. I do have two housekeeping closets that are locked that are off-limits. The Golf cart is off-limits unless you decide to rent. It is $25/day with a signed contract following all the rules and regulations. Two pools are available. The pool directly to the left is for Tower Residents Only The North pool is located just past the Kid Pirate Park, just north of the lagoon. The South pool is located on the south side of the lagoon.
