My home is in North Las Vegas, Nv. a very quiet street, there is a school a block down the street. The park just two blocks away. The home is roommate style so the guest room is on one side of the house. I run a very quiet home. If you need to sleep during the day after a long night, no problem. We are vaccinated . The home has lysol and Antibacteria in it. All rooms are clean an has been disinfected. The space My ranch style home is a safe, quiet area with free street parking. It is setup roommate style. There is central heat/ A.C. This is a Non-Smoking home please smoke outdoors if you need to smoke. The guest bedroom sleeps two people in a full size bed, has closet and a dresser, Please see pictures. The windows DO NOT OPEN for fresh air. I understand some people love to sleep with the windows open for air. But I have alarm on my windows and they do not open. Sorry, Guest have access to common areas, Kitchen, Living Room I'll provide clean linen, pillow case, blankets and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked, pots, pans cookware stove, coffee maker,refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, an water cooler. I only Ask if you use something in the kitchen please clean it. Thanks I can’t express the pain I feel only after loosing a dog . NO PET please. Due to Covid there will be no use of the washer and dryer thanks for understanding. There are cameras in the home for your protection and mine. My home is off the 95 fwy 17miles from LV airport about 20 mins. by car. I have place disinfectant in the bathrooms and throughout the house My home is 10 min. from the Speedway, I'm 20 minutes from the Strip and downtown Fremont Street. House is within walking distance to grocery store, Smith center has gas, pizza, subway an much more. There is parking in front of the house and on the streets.
