If you bring horses the pens are in viewing distance from the camper with ample parking for your rig. Inside the camper is updated with all the modern amenities. There is a queen size bed off of the main room. The TV will pivot from the front room to the bedroom. There are two twin beds also available utilizing the hide-a-bed couch or ottoman. Dining table and chairs fold up easily to provide more space. The parking area is divided into two areas, so please utilize only the south side of the area. Horse pens are also located next to the south side of the parking area. A pavilion is located in the main camp with a kitchen, smoker and firepit for public use. There is also a 60 foot round pen in the main camp for public use. Someone is available 24/7 *Immediate trail access. *Close access to Talimena Scenic Drive. *Attached to equestrian, hiking and ATV trails in the Ouachita National Forest. CHECK-IN: Check-in is 3pm or after. Owner will send instruction for self-check-in in advance. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is 11am. Clean and put away all dishes, place dirty linen in bathroom and turn off all lights upon departure. PLUMBING: Place all toilet paper in trash can. Do not flush any paper products down toilet. SMOKING: No Smoking inside the camper. Please pick up all cigarette butts. GUESTS: NO guests under the age of 18 can book this property. You will be asked to vacate without a refund.
