Per STR permit: Max. 6 night guests and 12 day guests (7am-10PM) & please inform host of extra day guests at time of booking. Please read house rules. The space The home has an open space concept. Upstairs is the kitchen, living room, bathroom, game room, and activity room with 55" smart tv. Downstairs contains three bedrooms, sauna, spa, master bathroom and second bathroom. For electric car charging, if you bring a portable Level 2 EV charger with a 15' min. cord, the home has a NEMA14-50R outlet you can use for free charging. Guest access The neighborhood is a rural setting so you will need to drive to reach any hiking, skiing, downtown, etc activities. Other things to note The location is very quiet and relaxing. Ideal for a special getaway. There is only one neighbor close by but please respect them as you would your own neighbors when visiting.
