Southern Sunset is rugged yet refined. Only 1.5 miles to the Ark Encounter. Located on a quiet corner lot with a private patio equipped with gas grill and a spacious back yard. Also, featuring a fire pit to enjoy with the family. There is a TV in every room also, hi speed wifi. Two full bathrooms. Fully equipt kitchen with small appliances and pots/pans. Driveway parking enough for 4 vehicles. Guest access The only areas of the house that are not accessible for guest is the garage and the basement. The rest of the house is available. There is a spacious back yard and private patio. Other things to note If you would like wood for the fire pit you must request this in advance or purchase it from a local store. The gas fireplace in the living room will only be on during the months October - March.
