Fair Street Retreat A Historical Petaluma Studio

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017 The space Our one bedroom studio has a king size bed, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We stock coffee and tea in the pantry and lots of snacks for your late night cravings! The studio is attached to our main home but has a separate entrance and deck for your own privacy. Normally parking isn’t an issue. There are two parking spot right in front of the unit which we share with our neighbors. So please park so there is space for another car. We are located on a corner so there are several spots on the other side of the house.. Registered with the City of Petaluma, permit #PLVR-14-0017. A 10% occupancy tax is included in the cost of the room. Other things to note FYI Our studio is not for you if you want to "PARTY". No loud music-bring your earphones! We work hard to provide a quiet beautiful retreat for you to relax and enjoy all the amenities Petaluma has to offer. We live closely with our fantastic neighbors and any nuisance could cause us to lose our business license with the City. Thanks for understanding. Outdoor furniture cushions may be put away during winter months due to weather but will be there on sunny days. We love animals and are one of the few hosts in Petaluma allowing pets to stay. However no pets are to left alone on the premises at any time. Please turn off lights, heat/ or fans when you are leaving the premises for the day and when checking out.
