Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017 Our one bedroom studio has a king size bed, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We stock coffee and tea in the pantry and lots of snacks for your late night cravings! The studio is attached to our main home but has a separate entrance and deck for your own privacy. Normally there is a parking spot right in front of the unit. We also have a 2 car driveway to use if needed. Registered with the City of Petaluma, permit #PLVR-14-0017. A 10% occupancy tax is included in the cost of the room. We live on the property and are here to assist you in anyway. Laundry service is available for longer stays. Cleaning Guidelines In response to the COVID-19 outbreak we are following cleaning guidelines to help protect our guests and provide peace of mind. Cleanliness has always been top of our mind for us and our guests. Bedding We have several sets of bedding (comforters, duvets pillows etc) on hand. After a guest leaves we remove all bedding and disinfect . Any bedding can that can be washed is washed with either Clorox or Oxiclean. Pillows and mattress pad are sprayed with a natural disinfectant. A new set of bedding already cleaned is used for the next reservation. Once the bedding is removed we vacuum and then wipe all surfaces in the room with a Clorox solution. We make every effect to make sure everything is sanitary. I know it is scary to go out again.
