The space Once a humble carriage house, this now-renovated cottage offers a cozy, tiny-home retreat tucked into 25 acres of rolling farmland and fields—complete with a private lake just steps away stocked full of fish. Wake up to lake views from the upstairs bedroom with a plush queen bed. Downstairs, unwind with board games and movies, or head outside for a hike through the property, a kayak ride across the lake, or a local vineyard or brewery tour—there are over 50 wineries and 30 craft breweries nearby. Enjoy a night in with a grilled meal under the stars or dine out at one of our favorite farm-to-table restaurants. We also include gift cards to support our local farm store. Our personal touches make your stay feel extra special—from the handcrafted soaps and toiletries made by the host's mom, to thoughtful details like cozy throws, curated games, and a stocked coffee and tea nook. Stroll along the trails, enjoy the lake, or simply take in the quiet from the hammock or picnic table. We do ask that you respect the privacy of our home and avoid the private side of the farm. For your safety, please steer clear of fenced areas, the electric fence, and any active livestock enclosures. A hand-drawn map of the grounds is provided in the guesthouse to help guide your adventure. Other things to note 🎣 Feel free to bring your own fishing gear and cast a line in the private lake—just let us know in advance! 👶 The cottage is best suited for two adults, but you're welcome to bring a little one with your own pack-n-play and essentials. 🐾 Small, potty-trained pets are also welcome—just be mindful of the wildlife and livestock nearby. 🌾 LoeLynn Farms is a historic property, originally built in 1910. While we’ve lovingly restored many areas since taking ownership in 2020, some parts of the farm are still in the process of being revived. Your stay directly supports that restoration journey. Please respect the aging barns and structures—no climbing or exploring unstable areas, as they are not safe. 🧰 For non-emergency issues, we’ll do our best to have maintenance out during your stay. 🧻 We provide a starter supply of basics like toilet paper and paper towels. If you’re staying longer, you may want to bring extras just in case.
