The Salty Duplex (Right Side)

We are located uptown, only 4 minutes from Winchester Bay! The neighborhood is very quiet and comfy. There is a fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, a Keurig coffee pot with a random assortment of kcups, and gas BBQ, and a bar for good conversation. In the Livingroom we have Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed both upstairs. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the Livingroom, which is in the closet downstairs! The space The duplex recently went through a complete remodel inside and out. We used local wood from a raw timber mill throughout and made it feel like home to everyone! Both bedrooms are upstairs, so stair climbing is a necessity. Guest access You enter the right side of the duplex from a private entrance. There is also a gate to the back yard from the parking area and a door to the backyard and covered patio from the kitchen. Other things to note *PETS* We cannot accept cats at the duplex. We do accept dogs and other pets upon prior approval. Pets cannot be left unattended in the fenced yard and they cannot be left loose in the house when you leave the property. We do have a couple crates in the garage you could utilize, or take them with you on your adventures.
