Come Enjoy the serene and peaceful mountain setting! Arnold has something for everyone!! The space Chalet style cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with tubs. About 3 min walk down to the private Tanner Lake in the Lakemont Pines subdivision. The Cabin offers all the comforts of home from a fully stocked kitchen to a large soaking tub you can enjoy with a glass of wine. There is a BBQ on the top deck overlooking the forest. Deer, wild turkeys and fox have been spotted regularly. Now with new A/C, heat and standby generator you will always be comfortable no matter what else is going on in the area. Guest access Guests will have access to the private lake down the street where amazing family memories can be made. 2 adult kayaks and 2 kids kayaks are available for your use MAY to NOVEMBER As well as life jackets, fishing poles, sand toys and more Other things to note The lake offers a sandy beach area to relax and soak in the sun. Little ones can build sand castles and play in the roped off swimming area. Kayaking and SUP are very popular. Tubes of all shapes and sizes can be seen floating across the lake. The best fishing in town is done right from the shore. Pick up a box of night crawlers at the gas station and you won’t be able to keep the fish off your hook. From Bluegill to large mouth bass to catfish. It’s an anglers paradise. Nearby activities in Arnold include The 17 mile hike on the Arnold Rim Trail. There are many branches of hikes off the Rim Trail that take you to peaks with breath taking views or a waterfall. In town there is shopping, restaurants, a grocery store, a tackle shop as well as an outdoor adventure sporting goods store. Within 20 min you can visit the town of Murphys. There you will find wineries, boutique shopping, fine dining and an outdoor music venue overlooking a vineyard. Bear Valley Ski Resort is a 35 min drive up the mountain. There are also cross country skiing courses and snowmobile rentals near the Ski Resort Within 45 min you can take your family to remote reservoirs and enjoy kayaking, cliff jumping off large granite boulders and so much more. Please note- owner provides a community pantry and fridge condiments. These are to share. Take something or leave something. No need to buy a whole bottle of ketchup for a short stay. Lastly, this is our family home. We occupy a small amount of space in the closets upstairs. Downstairs has an owners closet but there is a dresser for your belongings
