Guest access The property is equipped with key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of arrival of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like WiFi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Other things to note -- Policies -- - No smoking - Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty. There is a maximum of 2 pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. You must keep your pet on a leash at all times in accordance with local city ordinances, unless inside this property. - The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
