"Our Nest" is a beautiful waterfront property which has been newly renovated and is nestled comfortably on Lake Christina. Take advantage of this lakefront location by enjoying some fishing, canoeing or even kayaking! From the brand new dock you can feed the turtles and local birds that visit all day long. Take a swim in the beautiful pool or have a relaxing evening in the waterfall hot tub. There is so much to do and you are only minutes away from shopping and restaurants and Beach Bars! The space We recently built a brand new deck off the pool lanai and a new dock with easy kayak access. We installed a beverage cooler and outdoor television on the lanai. We are continually updating and improving “Our Nest” Other things to note Garbage pick up is on Tuesday and Friday, however garbage needs to be put out the night before because pick up is in the middle of the night. PASCO COUNTY DOES NOT RECYCLE GLASS!…. are only on Monday only. Please place it on the other side of the driveway when you put out the regular garbage. (Garbage and recyclables need to be on separate sides of the driveway) Pool maintenance is on Friday.... there’s nothing for you to do 😎 It is your responsibility to maintain the cleaning of the grill, if the grill is left dirty beyond normal use, there is an additional charge or $40 for steam cleaning of the grill.
