Entire House - Waterfront with private dock

Perfect getaway! Quiet neighborhood. Direct access to the bay. Perfect for fishing and relaxing. The Beach is a quick trip across the causeway to get sand in your toes and enjoy the sun on the beach! House has fast wifi, private dock and a nice back porch, front porch and balcony to relax! Don't want to eat out, don't worry plenty of restaurants close by to eat. Forgot something? Walmart, HEB and Felmans are within walking distance!!! Want to bar-b-que... there is a pit just for you!!! The space The home is setup as a duplex and can be utilized as one entire home with a dividing door that separats the two units. Parking is free however we do have limitations due to space. When renting the entire home you have access for 4 vehicles utilizing the carport and side of road. (See house rules) The home has 2 entries, the primary front entrance and a private side entrance located on the North side of the home along the cement wall. (See photos) You will have private access to 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), a work desk area, TV loft, 2 full baths and a full size washer and dryer. The home has 2 full, modern kitchens each equipped with amazing appliances, full sets of pots and pans, dishware, utensils and more. Two dining and living rooms, one with an amazing view overseeing the backyard from its 9 foot wide sliding doors allowing for an unobstructed view outside. The backyard has multiple seating areas, 2 BBQ pits and outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy. The dock is private to our residence allowing additional areas to sit and relax down by the water. This home is perfect for the family and friends who want to relax and enjoy some time together while also having their own private spaces. Come relax, socialize, fish off the dock and take a deep breath knowing that life's conviencices are near by. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance, the beach just a short drive across the bridge, and at the end of the day...leave all the party mayhem behind and comeback to relax in peace and quiet.
