This luxury three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse with direct access to the underground parking with two secure parking stalls and EV2 charger. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Access to the spacious patio is just off of the dining area and offers a natural gas BBQ.The second floor has two separate bedrooms with a main bathroom. The top floor has the master bedroom with king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Guest access Private Patio with gas BBQ Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. Please note that this family home is not suitable for group accommodation. PARKING, for two vehicles, is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6 feet 10 inches (2.1 m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. A unique feature of this 1800-sq-ft townhouse is that it includes direct access into the parking garage. The townhouse comes with a secure underground EV Level 2 Charging Station and which is located at the two parking spots of the unit. The Level 2 Charging Station charges faster than a standard 110v outlet. Electric charging fees are for the guest's account. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. ALL of our rentals are NON-SMOKING of any kind. NO PETS allowed. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
