Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • A/C and HEAT The property has central air for heating and cooling. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights. • FIREPLACE The fireplace is gas and no wood is to be used in it • EV CHARGER Please make sure to bring any adapters and cords needed specifically for your vehicle. • WIFI Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here. • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy • FIRE Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. There is a propane fire pit for your use and it can be used year-round. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the pool, spa and guest policy.
