On 30a, Hidden Lakes is within walking distance to 2 public beaches, Gulfview Heights and Spooky Lane. New in 2021 Family friendly unit offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Well stocked kitchen has everything you need. Has extra parking, pool, exercise room, 5 minute walk to 2 beach accesses, bike rental and ice cream across the street, walk to seafood shops, Goatfeather's, Shunk Gulley and Perfect Pig restaurants. Other things to note Condo is on the 3rd floor, 2 flights of stairs no elevator. Beach chairs and umbrellas are in the closet on the balcony, no beach towels are provided. We provide an initial set up to get your vacation started: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap, on roll of paper towels, mini-Palmolive dish soap, one kitchen sponge, one kitchen hand towel along with two kitchen trash bags. For long stays you will need to provide additional items. Our community does not have electric charging stations for golf carts and/or vehicles.
