Lakefront Landing is ideally located in the very center of Tims Ford Lake on a 1 acre wooded lot with private gated entrance and is perfect for large families with space to spread out. This is not your ordinary lake house, we have large rooms and three king beds! Two large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each have a king size bed. On the second floor, one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms each overlook the lake. The final two bedrooms each have two twin beds and were designed for teens or children. Our custom home was recently updated with fine interior furnishings and features high end amenities. Includes an elevator, gated private entrance, coffee bar, ping pong table, corn hole, outdoor fireplace and board games. Being in a beautiful secluded natural setting, guests are likely to see wildlife including deer, otters, ground hogs, turtles, falcons, bald eagles and more! Spiders, spiderwebs, bugs and butterflies may also be found outside. We sweep for spiderwebs regularly, but can not guarantee that the floating dock and outdoor areas will be completely spiderweb free for your entire stay. The property is under contract with a professional pest control service who treats the property regularly and is always on call to keep bugs and spiders out of the home. Guests should keep doors closed to keep insects out. If guest informs us of any pest issues, we will call out pest control service during business hours. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, property and dock. Rent a boat from a nearby marina and tie up at our dock! Contact us if you have questions about bringing your own boat. Sea-Doos, Jetski pads, boat lifts and owners storage areas are not available for guest use. The dock is accessed by concrete stairs (26 steps) followed by a steep paved walkway that may be difficult for some guests (see pictures). Other things to note Lakefront Landing is centrally located on beautiful Tims Ford Lake, convenient to all four marinas. We are in an upscale subdivision away from the hustle and bustle, offering the ultimate in privacy and lake views. Lakefront Landing offers year-round big water views that are second to none. Our home offers expansive views of the lake, but our floating dock is uniquely nestled off the side of the home in a small quiet cove where it is shielded from heavy watercraft traffic and wake.
