The property is ski in/ski out when the Skyeship Gondola is running. This usually happens from late December though March. Even when the Skyeship is not operating, if snow conditions are decent on the Great Eastern, you can ski home. When there is no snow on the Great Eastern, nearby Bear Mountain is the closest base lodge (a two minute drive). Absolutely no smoking on the property, inside the house or outside on the grounds. Guests will have the entire property to themselves. Access to the house is by door code, so there is no key pick-up hassle. Ski to the Skyeship Gondola or drive to the Bear, Snowshed, Ramshead, or K1 base areas. Lyft/Uber and shuttle services are available during the ski season.
