Studio Condo with Beach/Harbor Access

-Please read resort's pet and age restrictions in house rules before booking- An efficient, pet friendly studio in the perfect spot to enjoy all Destin has to offer. Located in the Sand Piper Cove Resort, you're provided a range of useful amenities. Including a private beach(5min walk, parking also available) with rental service, fine dining, beach bar/grill, free Par 3 golf course, boat launch/slips, multiple pools/hot tub, tennis courts and shuffle board all located on site. The space Our 480 sq. foot unit utilizes a Murphy bed to save space and also a fold out couch. There is a large closet with shelves and hangers for clothing. There is a small kitchen with plenty of counter space. The balcony over looks the courtyard with a view of the pool. The laundry services are in the pool house. In theory our unit sleeps 4 adults but we really do not recommend it because the space gets taken up quickly. The studio units are perfect for couples and small families. Pet friendly but please see details in "house rules". Because we allow pets we have had to remove all rugs and added interchangeable slips to the sofa. We also charge a pet fee to offset extra cleaning costs. There is a map of the resort with the unit circled on the listing. It gives a good sense of the proximity to the amenities. For reference the beach bar is .1 miles away and a 5min walk. There is also parking available at the beach. Other things to note I have two beach chairs and an umbrella that I provide with the unit. I only replace them once per season so no guarantees on their condition. I keep them in one of the closets. Feel you free to use them as much as you'd like, just try to keep them in good condition for future guests. And also let me know if they are broken.
