Guest access Entire property Other things to note This is more than a rental, this is our home surrounded by our neighbors. Please show the same courtesy as you would at your home. This is a family friendly community, quiet hours are from 2300-0700 everyday. A report of a noise complaint from neighbors will result in immediate termination of Airbnb contract and guests will be asked to leave immediately. Guests who break the capacity as listed on the original contract will be asked to leave immediately or incur a $25 per person per night penalty. Guests asked to leave for any of the above conditions will not receive a refund and be subject to an honest review. Guests are expected to exercise due care associated with access to water and associated water activities. All guests that access the water should have all safety equipment to include life jackets. We have a paddle boat on site, guests must refrain from using this unless they have completed release of liabilty waiver (available upon request) and sent pictures of signed waiver to hosts.
