Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is a peaceful retreat for guests who value quiet, nature, and space. Set on nearly half an acre at the end of a quiet road, it offers privacy, forest views, sunny lawns, and a seasonal creek. Inside, enjoy an open layout with a stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and a renovated kitchen. With no streetlights, nights are perfect for stargazing. Ideal for families and quiet groups seeking rest and restoration. The space The Space Upon entering the home, you’re greeted by a stone fireplace straight ahead—the heart of the house. The great room features natural pine-paneled walls, an open layout, and a mix of hardwood and tile flooring, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area includes four comfortable couches and a sofa by the gas fireplace—perfect for relaxing evenings—as well as a desk and chair for work or quiet study. To the left of the fireplace, you’ll find the dining area and a newly renovated kitchen, thoughtfully equipped for shared meals and easy gathering. Bedrooms & Bathrooms All four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are conveniently located on one level once inside (please note there are about 15 stairs from the parking area to the front door). Sleeping arrangements include: One bedroom with a king-size bed (updated in 2026) One bedroom with a queen-size bed (updated in 2023) One spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed One bright, separate room with a queen-size sofa bed Both full bathrooms were fully renovated in 2023. Quiet Hours & In-Law Unit There is a very quiet, separate in-law unit located below the living room with its own private entrance (not included in this listing). As a courtesy, we kindly ask that noise—especially in the living room, dining area, and kitchen—be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood and is not suitable for parties or events. Guests & Occupancy Our home is set up to comfortably host up to 6 registered guests, which is what the base rate covers. If your group is a bit larger, you’re very welcome to add additional guests at $100 per person, per day. To keep things smooth for everyone (and respectful of our neighbors), we kindly ask that only registered guests be on the property. Pets We’re happy to welcome well house-trained pets—four-legged guests included. A $100 pet fee applies per stay. We do ask that pets are not left unattended, and that any pet-related damage or extra cleaning is taken care of by their humans. When booking, please be sure to include the correct number of guests and pets so everything is set up just right for your stay. Guest access Arrival & Parking As you drive up the driveway toward the end of the road, you’ll find our home on your right-hand side. From the parking area, a short set of about 15 stairs leads up to a long outdoor deck, which connects directly to the main entrance and offers a lovely transition from outdoors to in. Important driving notes: Please veer RIGHT at the mailboxes to access our driveway Do not use the neighbor’s driveway on the left There is no street parking on Eucalyptus Way, as all roadside areas are private property At the end of the driveway, you’ll notice a small, separate building—this is used for owner storage and is not part of the guest space. Parking Two designated parking spaces are available at the top of the driveway Street parking is not permitted. If you have a third vehicle, you’re welcome to park along the left side of the driveway. Please be sure to keep the carport clear, as a Jeep needs to be able to enter and exit at all times.
