This house is a brand new construction, completed at the end of 2016. Open floor plan is ideal for 2 extended families with children. But would as well accommodate other groups. -> If you are traveling with small child, we would be happy to provide high chair, play pen, and add baby gate on the second floor. IMPORTANT: Please read and acknowledge "House Rules" section before booking. This is a 2-story house with 2 car garage. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus common area on the first floor. Second floor has an open kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room (half bath) and master suite with jetted tub and standing shower. There are 3 smart TVs with cable, located in the living room, master bedroom and common area downstairs. The bed arrangement is as following: Downstairs: Bedroom #1 sleeps 2: Queen; Bedroom #2 sleeps 4: 2 x Bunk Beds; Common area sleeps 2: Pull-out Full size sofa bed; Upstairs: Master Bedroom sleeps 2: King. 4WD/chains might be required during winter season. Guests will have access to the entire house. Cable is NOT provided, guests may use their own account for streaming (Netflix, AmazonPrime, etc.) Most interactions will be through email. Occasionally, host or local co-host would meet you at the check-in. The house located in the quite neighborhood, Tahoe Island Park, close to the Tahoe Keys. There are grocery stores and cafes within 5 minutes drive. Pope Beach is approximately 15 minutes by bike. The car is recommended. Pets are NOT allowed.
