You’ll be in the heart of it all — just minutes from North Conway Village, Jackson, Story Land, Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat, hiking trails, rivers, restaurants, shops, Diana’s Baths, Cathedral Ledge, and more. Guests love relaxing by the private brook, complete with a small swimming hole for kids, plus the fire pit and hammock beside the peaceful, babbling water. A scenic vista is just a 5-minute walk away, and adventurous guests can explore a longer walk to the Saco River and nearby private beach area — just ask us for directions. Driving access is also available via Dugway Road. Inside, enjoy your own private pub and game room with pool table and cozy propane fireplace — a favorite gathering space for families and groups after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the valley. Because this is a historic home, sound may travel more easily between rooms than in newer construction. For guest comfort, noise machines are provided. --- ### Good Neighbor Policy This home is located in a residential area, and we take pride in being respectful members of the community. This property is best suited for families and responsible groups. • Maximum of 12 adults • Maximum of 6 vehicles • No events, parties, or unauthorized guests • No excessive noise or over-parking • No fireworks Exterior areas are monitored by security cameras for safety and compliance. Certain stays may require a refundable security deposit. --- ### Pets Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is required prior to booking, and a pet fee will be added once confirmed. --- ### Checkout Because this is a large home and cleaning resources are limited in the area, we ask guests to complete a few simple checkout steps: • Strip used beds • Start a load of laundry • Run the dishwasher • Dispose of trash in the dumpster Guests may also choose an optional checkout upgrade, starting at $200, to reduce checkout and linen requirements. This must be requested in advance and is subject to cleaner availability. From June 15 through Labor Day, checkout is 10 AM to allow sufficient time for same-day turnovers during peak season. --- ### Fire Pit Guests are responsible for following New Hampshire fire pit rules, including obtaining any required burn/fire permit before use.
