Dreams are welcome as you pamper yourself in the most romantic suite in Laramie. With its own private entrance, it can be rented alone or with the attached cottage (see "Storybook Garden Cottage" listing). The antique armoire has been outfitted with dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, microwave and toaster. Keurig with coffee and fixings supplied. Retro mini-fridge with separate freezer. One parking space. The space Newly remodeled, spacious with room to work or relax. Comfort: Mini-Split AC unit, in-room controls. Sweet Dreams: luxury bedding, new memory foam mattress, down/feather pillows Self Care: Extra thirsty white towels and Terra Pure toiletries. Entertainment: ROKU TV, Books. Tip: Use the guest mode on the TV, it will automatically log you out of all of your personal accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) when you check out. Outdoor Living: Your own private patio! If you're visiting in the summer please feel free to use the citronella torches for ambiance but make sure the flame is out before you go inside or leave. Eats: Keurig, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, Toaster. Cups, Glasses, Wine Glasses, Plates, Silverware. We supply a starter pack of K-cups for coffee, creamer, sugar, cinnamon and cocoa shakers, hot chocolate packets, microwave popcorn. Laundry: Washer/Dryer in mudroom, shared with the Cottage. Please do not eat the Tide Pods ;-) Security: Bolt locks, personal unique entry code, smoke alarms. Note that this is a bedroom suite with private entry, not an apartment. Guest access One parking space in the back (off street parking.) 15 minute walk to the University, 5 minute walk to the lake at LaBonte Park. 5 minute (or less!) drive to Safeway, Starbucks, Turtle Rock Coffee and Cafe, Daylight Donuts (breakfast burritos!), Qdoba's, Dairy Queen, unique downtown restaurants and shopping. Other things to note Laundry is shared with the adjoining cottage. Basement apartment as well as adjoining cottage also offered for rent. No campers or tents allowed. One dedicated parking space. This This unit allows only two specific guests on the property, and both must be listed on the reservation. Children: Children are the most precious thing in the world! Please note this room is not childproofed; canopy with hanging ropes, multiple glass items, tempting things to climb, other hanging items. Pets: Owner has debilitating allergies to dogs. Please do not ask to bring your pets. This unit does not have a kitchen; it does have a "kitchenette" which includes a toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker.
