This brand-new house, built in 2021, offers the ultimate convenience for attending events without the hassle of parking fees. With four spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this two-story home comfortably accommodates families, groups of friends, or business travelers. The modern design and brand-new furnishings create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living home sleeps up to 11 guests with -Bedroom 1 king bed -Bedroom 2 queen bed -Bedroom 3 queen bed -Bedroom, 4 queen bed and bunk bed twin over twin (this room will be open for large group over 6 guests ) additional 3 couches which fold into futons Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. We allow house-trained pets for a $120 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard. - NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS - We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. - ADDITIONAL BEDROOM The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 6+ guests, there is a charge $39 per person over 6 guests - ENTERTAINMENT - All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you. - NO INDOOR SMOKING - Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. - ENTERTAINMENT - All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS - Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. - PEST CONTROL - This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
