Beautiful wood ceilings on the main and upper level with a large open kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances (NO ice maker), island seating, and adjoining screened in porch with a swing that offers a seasonal view of the lake. The main floor has a large master bedroom with custom wood furniture, TV, and private full bathroom and closet. Washer and dryer on the main floor. The main floor also features a 2nd bedroom with custom wood furniture, TV, full bed, and a full bathroom just outside in the hallway. Upstairs, you will find the 3rd bedroom featuring custom wooden twin and full bed, 4th bedroom with a custom wooden full bed, walk in closet, and TV. There is a half bathroom in the adjoining hallway. Access the lower level through a glass door on the main floor with vaulted ceilings in the lower lever and walk out access to the backyard and side of the house. Enjoy grilling on the lower level patio with a new gas grill (see picture for size of the grill) while your family enjoys a game of cornhole, bocce ball, or badminton.
