“Sarah's on the Lake” Blue Ridge, Georgia

Enjoy a quiet mountain getaway on beautiful Lake Blue Ridge! This quaint cabin is 2 BR and 1 bath and has an amazing covered deck with outdoor fire place. The private dock has plenty of space for sunning and enjoying a beautiful mountain day or night. The kids will love the waterslide! On the lake shore is a rustic fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows, smores or just enjoying family time! NOTE: This is a TVA lake. Lake is typically full pool or near full pool from May until August. The space The living room features an electric reclining sofa and loveseat along with a super plush chair arranged around a wood burning fireplace. Above the fireplace is a large Samsung TV, perfect for entertainment. Sonos speakers are also located in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a combination Keurig single serve and/or drip coffee maker for those early morning quiet times on the deck. Microwave, dual fuel cooktop/range and small dishwasher are all neatly fit in the cozy space. There are plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc., for cooking. The full bath includes a tiled shower/tub combo with beautiful Brizo fixtures. While compact, it is definitely a lovely spot to unwind. The cabin features two bedrooms. The primary has a king sized bed as well as a recliner and Samsung TV. The secondary bedroom features two full sized beds and a TV. IMPORTANT: Lake levels are managed by TVA. The water level in our cove is usually at or near full pool from early May until late August. You can visit the TVA website for more information. Our cabin is a family rental on a quiet cove. Please be aware that this is not a party house and the neighbors will not tolerate parties and loud music. We spend a lot of time in this home, and we expect our guests to be respectful to the home and area. The cabin has a large covered deck with a wood burning fireplace and outdoor TV. If you prefer to sit in the sun, you'll enjoy a leaf deck that is uncovered, with glass railings so that the view to the lake is unobstructed. The family will love this beautiful outdoor space that features an electric reclining loveseat as well as beautiful outdoor furniture and an overhead infrared heater for cool nights/mornings. Maximum number of guests renting the house is six, with no exceptions. Guest access Guests have access to the downstairs area where there is a washer and dryer as well as the full second floor where the bedrooms and living spaces are located. The third floor contains the owner’s quarters and is not available for rent. The owners are not present during your rental. Other things to note We include a starter set of paper products, soap and shampoo. We also practice social sharing in our kitchen..."if you have something leave something and if you need something use something". That means salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, sugar, sweetener, coffee and other items may be there for your use. It is important to understand that rentals occurring September through mid April will not have water under the dock. The dock will be on dry land. There will still be lake access from the shore and a view of the lake but the TVA draws the lake down in the late summer through winter to prepare for winter rains.
