Also an electric and charcoal grill. Other things to note No animals of any kind are permitted on the property. Due to the host’s family being severely allergic to animal hair and dander, the listing is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal on the property poses a severe health hazard to the host’s family. If an animal is brought onto the property, you will not be permitted to check in. In addition, your reservation will be canceled and a cleaning fee will be imposed. Emotional Support Animals are strictly prohibited as well. We have strict guidelines for guests who bring their Service Animal: A service dog staying on our property is NOT allowed to be left in the home alone at any time during your stay. This means not even left alone in a crate. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house. If it is discovered that your service animal has been left alone and unsupervised at any point during your stay, your reservation will be canceled and you will not receive a refund.
