This modern Santa Fe style home is spacious and has an amazing outdoor space with a hot tub, grill, and patio furniture for relaxing. There is also a roof deck with unobstructed, breathtaking views. The spacious, two-story interior includes three large bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests have access to a two-car garage, washer/dryer, WiFi network, and television with on-demand streaming services. Boat parking is available on the side of the property and off the street (60 ft x 11 ft). The space This custom home is located on the beautiful north end of town at the desert’s edge with a spectacular view! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with six outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the desert southwest. Our home has the space to host your group (possibly more than 10, just ask!) as you enjoy this beautiful area. It is rare to find a property with a large driveway and 60 feet of off-street parking for your boats, jet-skis, RVs, ATVs, side-by-side, etc. Feel free to park your car in the garage as well. There are three balconies, one of which is very large, above the garage with patio furniture and a view that you will remember. There are multiple outdoor tables and a BBQ grill for you to enjoy literally steps away from the desert. Indoors, there is a large family and dining area with an open kitchen concept. The downstairs bedroom has en suite access to the bathroom. The master is located upstairs with its own private balcony with a view of the desert and Lake Powell. The large third bedroom upstairs has an adjacent bathroom, four bunk beds and one double bed. This room can be used as a bunk room for kids or another large private room with its own balcony overlooking the neighborhood. If you have to get some work done in between the play time, there's a desk in the master and another in the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is well-appointed with most (if not all) of the appliances and cooking tools you’d have at your home. If you’re wondering about something in particular just ask if I have it. There is potential for more than 10 guests so just ask and we can arrange something. Guest access You will have the entire home and property to yourself. Other things to note About a week before your arrival we will send you the code to the front door along with information you will need for the house through the AirBnB app. Video doorbell disclosure: There is a video doorbell at the front door that records video and audio when it senses motion. I use this for security when the home is unoccupied, to help me know when guests arrive and make sure they can access the property, and when they leave so I can let the housekeeper know to come and clean.
