Entire Basement, Private Entrance, Gorgeous Views

This beautiful home is situated on the East bench of North Logan with spectacular views of Cache Valley. Our 1900 square foot walkout basement doesn’t feel like a basement. Lots of windows and light. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The main couch is very comfortable for sleeping for most adults. We also have two queen air beds and one twin air bed that can be used in the common areas. The space The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, chest freezer, coffee maker, blender/food processor, toaster, waffle maker, toaster oven, 2 induction burners, griddle/panini maker, a convection air fryer oven and small crockpot. We just installed a dishwasher, disposal and washer/dryer. There are extra pillows, blankets, sheets sets and towels. There are some toys and games. We have network TV, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. We have one window air conditioning unit in the kitchen area. It stays cooler in the apartment even on the hottest days. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. You may use our infrared sauna. The outdoor space has a table with 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a gas grill. We have parking for one vehicle on our driveway. There are heated steps with a railing from the driveway to the back patio. Guest access Entrance is through the back patio door via a lock box near the door. Other things to note Guests may park one car on the driveway. There is plenty of parking on the street for additional vehicles, however, overnight street parking is not allowed during winter months. Please request additional vehicle parking on the driveway during the winter.
