The space The cottage includes a mini kitchen and a full interior private bathroom with a washer and dryer. Two sleeping lofts one with King plush Casper mattress and the other with 2 twin mattresses. Relax on the beautiful, covered cottage porch with private hot tub (adults only). Simply let us know what you would like to add at the time of booking or one week prior to arrival. Farm Tour and Trail Experience: Come immerse yourself into our life here at New London Farm. Our Horse/Goat/Llama/Alpaca Experience gives you an hour-long tour of our magical urban oasis. This Experience gives you a chance to get up close and personal with our beautiful horses, Sweet Nigerian Dwarf goats, and our rescued crew of amazing llamas & alpacas. You get the chance to interact with them as they relax in their home environment. We will feed them treats, take selfies, group photos, and bond with these intelligent animals. At the end take a 15-minute instructor hand- led trail ride on one of our horses. Tour only price without trail ride is $40 per person. Tour and Trail ride is $65 per person. Helmets provided. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. One on One Private horseback riding lesson: One hour riding lesson. Learn to groom and tack your horse, spend one on one instruction in the arena followed by an on-site trail ride. $85 Hands on Morning Feeding Experience: Join us for morning feeding at Creekwater Alpaca Farm. This is our other farm located just 2 miles down the road. Join us and learn how we start our day here on the farm. You will help us prepare and feed all of the animals and provide them with clean fresh water. We will feed the Miniature Donkeys, Alpaca's and Llama's, ponies, goats and bunnies. Join us at the barn at 9am for this experience. Reservations Required $40 per person. One hour duration. Minimum of 2 people Ziplining Experience: Sour through the woods of New London Farm from our 20-foot tower. Our 250-foot zipline is thrilling for kids and adults alike. 30- minute block to ride as many times as you like. $75.00 Ages 8 and up, weight limit 150 lbs. Helmets provided.
