Close to North end favorites like Hudson’s and the Boathouse at Skull Creek. Plenty of close by water adventures at One HHI at Palmetto Bay Marina. Don’t miss the children’s Pirate Adventure at Palmetto Bay Marina Almost all public access areas on the island are accessible by bike and all bike paths are marked , mapped and well maintained. Driving is easy as well with plenty of public parking. Exception to that rule is Harbor Town located in Sea Pines community. Fee to get in gate is 8 dollars cash only and parking is limited so take advantage of their free trolly service Resort charges a 25 dollar fee for length of stay parking pass. This is included in the cleaning fee of 115 dollars After every guest leaves all bedding is washed including comforters shams mattress pads and linens All surfaces including tables countertops and appliances as well as door knobs and light switches are sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant ( Cavicide ). All outside and inside common areas are sanitized numerous times daily by resort staff.
