The space Perfectly located on the Hamilton Branch inlet to Lake Almanor, this riverfront home sits on the north end of the East Shore near Bailey Creek and Peninsula golf courses. Enjoy the soothing sound of cascading water from the deck, morning coffee among the pines, and a peaceful “home-away-from-home” feel. Recently remodeled flooring adds warmth throughout. Entertainment includes a pool table with ping-pong top, karaoke, board games, and an electronic keyboard. On-demand generator, quiet neighborhood (10pm–8am), and pet-friendly (2 pets max, under 40 lbs). Guest access The whole house, and the back deck comes with it. You will get a keyless entry code upon booking, along with pre-arrival instructions. If you have a boat, let us know so we can make room for parking, public boat ramps on the west shore is approximately 8 miles away. Other things to note Fishing on the lake is open year round ( with a fishing license of course), but fishing on the Branch is allowed during open season which is the Sunday preceding Memorial Day till mid November. We also own the house next door, so if you have a larger group you may also rent it . For the convenience of our guests, we have installed a brand new auto transfer generator that should start on its own within 15 seconds of power outage. This means you may not even realize that power is out. There is a propane barbecue on the deck. For heating, we have a fireplace insert in the rec room. We have a detailed instructions on "How to Operate the Fireplace Insert" posted on the wall next to it, but if you need help, & we are in the property, please feel free to let us know. We have a propane fire table on the deck that you may use, please do not leave this unattended & use responsibly.Another thing to note that we always try to check that the propane tank isn't empty for every stay we host, but in some rare occasion that it is, there should be an extra propane tank around the corner on the left side of the deck to be used either for the table &/ or the grill. The operating instruction for the fire table is posted on the unit. There is also a propane heater in the living room which can be turned on or off with a thermostat that's on the wall next to the TV. We have this house listed to accommodate up to 11 people, but there is an extra cleaning fee of $150 if more than 4 beds were used .Guests accessing the trail do so at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
