Fish on the river right off your back deck, located in the best fishing spot in Lake Almanor with your very own private trail to go fishing. The space This home has a perfect location right on the Hamilton Branch inlet to Lake Almanor. This is at the North end of the East Shore, just down the road from the Country Club golf course on the peninsula, and the Bailey Creek golf course. Hear the cascading water from the river right on the deck & the very rare occasion of the train .From the living room, you can step outside to the large deck to enjoy your morning coffee amongst the pine trees. This place is your home away from home. Recently remodeled flooring which warms up the whole ambience. Dining table sits 4, plus 4 additional bar stools for extra seating on the kitchen counter. The front room has a pool table with a table tennis top. A Karaoke machine is provided for family fun, and can be hooked up to the smart TV on the Karaoke channel app but requires your own account access. Lots of board games & card games in one of the cabinets by the bar sink area. There is even an electronic keyboard for anyone who wishes to play & entertain the crowd. On Demand generator for your safety & comfort has recently been added. Guests can now bring a max of 2 pets 40 lbs. & under with $100/pet non refundable pet fee. “Bully Breeds” are not allowed in the premises. The neighborhood has a 10pm-8am quiet policy to insure the tranquility of all the folks that live around us, so we ask for folks to respect this policy. As a courtesy to our neighbors, please turn outside lights off by 11 pm. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (a king size bed & queen size bed), and 2 full bath . There are 2 bedrooms on the second level, the bigger of the 2 has a king size bed & double futon. The other room is a queen size bed. Add $150 if you use more than 4 beds. Guest access The whole house, and the back deck comes with it. You will get a keyless entry code upon booking, along with pre-arrival instructions. If you have a boat, let us know so we can make room for parking, public boat ramps on the west shore is approximately 8 miles away. Other things to note Fishing on the lake is open year round ( with a fishing license of course), but fishing on the Branch is allowed during open season which is the Sunday preceding Memorial Day till mid November. We also own the house next door, so if you have a larger group you may also rent it . For the convenience of our guests, we have installed a brand new auto transfer generator that should start on its own within 15 seconds of power outage. This means you may not even realize that power is out. There is a propane barbecue on the deck. For heating, we have a fireplace insert in the rec room. We have a detailed instructions on "How to Operate the Fireplace Insert" posted on the wall next to it, but if you need help, & we are in the property, please feel free to let us know. We have a propane fire table on the deck that you may use, please do not leave this unattended & use responsibly.Another thing to note that we always try to check that the propane tank isn't empty for every stay we host, but in some rare occasion that it is, there should be an extra propane tank around the corner on the left side of the deck to be used either for the table &/ or the grill. The operating instruction for the fire table is posted on the unit. There is also a propane heater in the living room which can be turned on or off with a thermostat that's on the wall next to the TV. We have this house listed to accommodate up to 11 people, but there is an extra cleaning fee of $150 if more than 4 beds were used .Guests accessing the trail do so at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
