This home has been professionally designed and furnished with luxury, style and comfort close to disney parks and universal studios. Our large covered pool area offers a large pool and it has a spa tub with waterfall feature. There is plenty of very comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast or a snack - All appliances, utensils, microwave, oven, kettle, mixer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, baking sheet. Wi-Fi is fast and secure and Free in our home. Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 8- 10 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Sea World and about 30 minutes to Universal depending on traffic. Free Resort Amenities:: The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a dedicated children's area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and a volley ball court. There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes’ walk of our home and included in your rental rates. There are two supermarkets within a few minutes’ drive, as well as restaurants - on the 192 and route 27 Windsor at Westside is one of Kissimmee’s newest and most luxurious resort community. It makes water warm to 90 degrees. It will not be as hot as a Jacuzzi but warm - perfect to enjoy. Spa and pool share same water as both are connected. Spa when turned ON, makes the spa water hot and can go upto 98 degrees If you don't want a heated pool, there are no charges and guests can use pool at no additional expense.
