This spacious home is located in the coveted area of Jensen Beach (Pineapple Bluff), on a private drive with only a handful of stunning homes. 1 mile to downtown Jensen Beach and a few minutes drive to the beaches of Hutchinson Island. We take great pride in maintaining this home so you will have a great stay! Our Jensen Beach pool home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house and 1 bed/1 bath cabana that is located off of the pool area. The home sleeps 8 comfortably with an additional sleeper sofa for guests. There is a wraparound porch and sliding glass doors throughout the entire home. The cross breeze is incredible! There are two kitchens. The main kitchen is located upstairs and there is a small kitchenette downstairs located off of the pool area. Home A/V Features: 7 TV's - Every TV is a smart TV. Pets are allowed, please disclose at time of booking. There is $100/pet fee applied. Other things to note *There is a freight train that passes through a few times a day, you can hear it from the house but it only last about 30 seconds. *There is a 5% occupancy tax (community fee) that is collected and remitted to Martin County. **For guests that stay a min of 28 days we offer complimentary house cleaning around day 14. =-) We are available by phone during your stay. Pineapple Bluff is a great neighborhood and minutes from downtown Jensen Beach. We love the beach vibe of this town and the very safe neighborhood.
