Great room off of the kitchen with lovely natural lighting, comfortable seating, fire place, 70" TV and sliding door access to backyard with HOT TUB. Heating/AC, washer/dryer, gas oven, full refrigerator and freezer access. Comfortably sleeps 10 with air mattress and couches available to sleep more. The space -Open kitchen/dining/living room layout. -Cozy great room, perfect for large group seating, with TV and fireplace. -Fully stocked kitchen with appliances. -Two private bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub/shower upstairs. - Three private bedrooms and bathroom with shower downstairs. -All beds are SLEEP NUMBER beds. -Washer and dryer, second refrigerator and garage access downstairs. -Hot Tub access from garage and upstairs sliding door. 8am-10pm Strict curfew. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note -STRICT curfew of 10PM for the hot tub and noise. Neighbors have complained about noise levels. Please be respectful of this as without happy neighbors, homes like our don’t survive. -We welcome gatherings, but loud parties with alcohol will NOT be permitted.
