Our newly built Spruce house was designed to provide large families and groups up to 20 guests with a comfortable eating and living space, all with stunning views of Lake Michigan. This four story home has two wrap around decks perfect for watching the sunset, 8 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, three living rooms. *Spruce and Poplar are automatically rented as one unit during summer season (June, July, August). Spruce Adjustment for August 5-10, 2024, Rental will not include the Poplar Apartment. The space The four story home has two wrap around decks and sits 350 feet above Lake Michigan on pristine dune land. 8 Bedrooms, 5.5 baths, three living rooms, ample seating for 20-25 in our large dining area and island kitchen all set upon 70 acres of private land with spectacular sunset and water views. New modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and three master suites make it easy for multiple families and groups to share the space for a ski or golf weekend or Summer vacation. Watch sunsets, bald eagles, whitetail deer, monarch butterflies and other native species from the comfort of your deck. Guest access The Frankfort area is home to a deep water marina, the Stormcloud Brewery, Pointe Betsie Lighthouse, Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Courses, wine tours, skiing at Crystal Mountain and you don't need to leave our property to hike, mountain bike and explore the dune and forests. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing can be enjoyed from your front door in the Winter. Crystal and Platte Lakes and the Betsie and Platte rivers provide sportsmen with fishing, kayaking, tubing and swimming with many gear rental businesses in the area. Very close proximity to M-22 makes Lake Bluff Preserve a great rally point for car and motorcycle touring clubs, wine tourists, retreats and reunions, golfers and anyone who wants a to behold the beauty of Lake Michigan and Northwest Michigan. Less than an hour to Traverse City, Leland, Arcadia Bluffs and Crystal Mountain. Other things to note **Due to high water and erosion on Lake Michigan, we have closed the stairs down the Bluff. If you wish to spend time on the beach, we recommend the Frankfort Public Beach or any of the public beaches on Crystal Lake. **
