Welcome to our water front 4-bedroom, 2-bath cottage on scenic Stewart Lake. This property features 100ft of sandy waterfront, a large spacious backyard, beautiful lake views, and a cozy cottage equipped with absolutely everything you'll need for your weekend or weeklong getaway in any season. Located off highway 400 and Lake Joseph Road, this cottage is in a prime location less than two hours from Toronto - situated in the quaint of town of Mactier. The cottage very comfortably sleeps 8. The space Being a rare cottage that is hooked up to municipal water, this property gives you a cozy cottage feel but with fantastic water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a home cooked meal or a backyard BBQ; and features two bathrooms fully renovated in 2025. There are four bedrooms in total including a master, a second bedroom with brand new heavy duty bunk beds, and two additional bedrooms on the lower level with three additional beds between them. Our guests absolutely love the backyard. It is very large with a landscaped fire pit with muskoka chairs, a brand new large outdoor picnic table, a 40 foot dock, and BBQ. In the summer, you'll use the two heavy duty AC units recently installed in 2022 and in the winter you'll be warmed by either the available heat pumps, central heating, or gas fireplace on the lower level. When you're at the property, if anything isn't to standard - you let us know and we'll have our team there to make it right, right away. Guest access The full property is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Being in Mactier, you are minutes away from everything.
