My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. Living space is newly updated. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with 1 small child). Sunset views from the porch are amazing. Walking distance to Rainbow Bay restaurant, Smugglers beach and Twin beach (for the adventurous). A cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with great views of the Caribbean ocean and the nightly sunsets. The large porch has a sitting and eating area. The bedroom features a queen bed. The bathroom has a double vanity with a private shower/toilet area. This house has upgrades like granite countertops, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, oversize fans, etc. The guests have private access to the property Contact us via email and whataps first please. Phone calls are the next option. Walking distance to Rainbow Bay Restaurant (3-5mins), Smugglers Beach (10mins) and Twin Beach (for the adventurous - 8mins). Morning walks along Ocean drive for sunrise views and lots of sea air. Rental car strongly suggested if you plan to explore Eleuthera, visit settlements, grocery shop, etc. This house is a nonsmoking house. Please do not smoke inside. If you smoke outside, please do not put cigarette butts on the ground. Please be conservative with water usage as the government supply is very inconsistent Internet service/ wifi is provided by the government provider. Unfortunately, internet is not consistent and drops frequently due to the isolated private location on an Out island We try very hard to keep all the extras in the cottage. Beach towels, snorkel gear, etc. Unfortunately, guests break or take items and do not tell us and replacement on short notice is not always possible on an underdeveloped island. We have removed items from amenities due to the logistical problem and some guests not understanding items may not be able to be replace overnight. We will continue to try to keep the extras in the house and you are welcome to use any item there.
