One of kind beach front compound with Private Beach. Breathtaking views, peaceful setting and everything you need to need to have the perfect beach vacation. A main house and two cottages directly on historic Hills Beach. Walk ten steps down to your private stairs and you'll be on your private beach. There is a huge ground level patio and a deck on the second level of the main house. Main House 1st Floor: Open concept Kitchen and living room with a dining table that seats six. Gorgeous ocean views. Full kitchen with plenty of storage and preparation space including a island with three counter stools. Living room includes a sectional couch which is great for a cozy movie night. 60" TV hooked to an Apple TV and includes Netflix, Hulu, Max etc. Off the living room a large screen deck with a Farm Table that easily seats 8 and can fit up to ten. Perfect for lobster dinners or something a bit fancier! Main House 2nd Floor: As you come up the stairs the second floor deck is to your left facing the ocean. The deck runs the length of the house and is great for reading and relaxing in the sun. Bedroom #1 Queen size Bed and Double closet Bedroom #2 Full Size Bed and Closet Bedroom #3 Two Twin Beds and double closet Main House Bathroom: Massive shower, toilet and sink The main house sleeps six total. Outside: We renovated the patio in 2023 and it's really nice.... if I say so myself. More space to relax and unwind. It now has a fence providing along the sea wall providing safety for the little ones. There's many adirondack chairs, two loungers and a patio table with chairs. Beach chairs are also provided. Star Cottage: Recently renovated and all pine Star cottage is very cool. Cathedral ceilings, tons of light and full on ocean views. The cabin has a Queen-sized bed and bunk beds. A roll away cot and extra mattress are available. Star also has a full bathroom with a shower Malaga Cottage: Magala has a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator and an oven/stove. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the second a full sized bed. There is another roll away cot available in Malaga. The cottage has a bathroom with a shower. The “compound” has off street parking for 4 cars or potentially 5 with a little bit of tetris. What I love about this really unique set up is that people can have their own space while still vacationing together. Whether it’s is the kids all together in the Star cottage or parents with children could stay in Malaga cottage while the grandparents stay in the main house. During low tide you can walk to the surrounding islands and explore! This is a lovely home for families to make magical memories. Please no parties.
