This is a newly renovated, house/cottage on stilts. There is one apartment in the front (west-facing) and one in the back of the property (east facing), each with a wrap-around deck so you may enjoy the gulf breezes. The location is right across the street from the beach and beach access. We are a block or two away from four restaurants: Cafe de Paris, 18 On The Rocks, Beach Waves Grill, and Casa Italia. We are within walking distance to tennis / pickleball courts and parks. Many shops are nearby, ranging from boutiques to bait shops. Bicycle rental shop is within walking distance. Hairdresser, masseuse, and a nail salon are also close by. Each of these apartments are for rent separately. Each apartment has two bedrooms with queen size beds, plus one bathroom, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining area, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and all the utensils you will need for cooking.
