We use Truvi's Know Your Guest tool as part of our guest screening process. Truvi is a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. When you make the booking, Truvi will send you an SMS/text message complete the ID Verification and pay the $35 Damage Waiver. We get it! Accidents happen when you're traveling! That's why during the Truvi process, we'll require you to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $35. The damage waiver protects you in case of accidental damage (pet damage is excluded) during your stay. Say goodbye to awkward conversations after check-out! (This is in lieu of any security deposit.) All guests will follow the Good Neighbor Agreement and will: ✔️ Complete the ID verification and pay the non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver ✔️ Sign our Rental Agreement ✔️ Follow the House Rules ✔️ Not exceed the Occupancy Limit ✔️ Adhere to Quiet Hours ✔️ Not tamper, disable, block or remove the safety and security devices, such as the smoke alarms, CO alarms, Minut privacy safe noise monitor located in main living room, and Ring video doorbell. *The Ring is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard and catches part of the driveway. The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home. The home is treated for pests quarterly.
