The Garden Suite is in the same building as other units; however, it is a completely separate apartment with its own entry. Chico Bay Inn has a parking lot; Garden Suite guests are allowed one parking spot (a second parking spot can be made available upon request). Private areas: The owners live in the apartment on the main floor adjacent to the Garden Suite. The Penthouse Suite (a separate suite available for booking) is located on the top floor of the Inn. Other things to note The Garden Suite has a view of the garden, garden patio, spa patio, and a peak-a-boo view of Chico Bay. If you would prefer a suite with a full view of Chico Bay, please consider reserving our Penthouse Suite. Even though the Garden Suite has been heavily sound proofed from other units in the building, you may still hear sounds from other spaces. We also want to disclose that we have exterior video cameras on the property that actively record outside of the house.
