Beautiful Waterfront house w/ private dock, kayaks

If you are looking for a waterfront house on a flat lot, this is for you! It’s an open floor plan, with a lot of character and charm. It has a private dock and is on an acre of land. No wake cove right off the main channel. We are less than a mile from the Smith Mountain Lake state park, 10 min from Virginia Dare Cruises and Marina, a few min from Mariners Landing Golf Club. Kayaks and SUPs for your use and a tube should you rent or have a boat. No cozier place to be on the lake! The space The house is two levels, open floor plan. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (with tub) on main level. Upstairs is a large loft where we have the master bedroom and a bathroom with stand up shower. Fully stocked kitchen. Bed sheets and towels provided. 🎣⛱🕶Just bring your beach towels, fishing poles, and get ready to relax. Guest access You can use the entire house and dock. Cannot use the boat lift at the dock. Other things to note 🐾Will allow dogs depending on size. $100 non refundable fee to be collected after booking through AirBNB. Please keep dogs on leash when walking. Please be respectful of our home and the neighbors property. There is plenty of space outside to enjoy yourself, enjoy the lake and the park like setting. The house is on an acre of land. You and your family can enjoy outdoor dining and a fire pit. 🧼We pride ourselves with having a very clean house, please keep it that way during your stay so others can enjoy it.
