The whole main floor of the home will be yours. There is a stairway from the garage leading upstairs, for the 3 bd, 2 bath area of the home. All of the living space is on one floor/ single story. There are permanent renters in be basement. The home is an easy walk to BYU campus, the Marriott Center, or the Creamery on 9th. The Provo MTC is right around the corner as well as the Provo Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Guests will have 1 parking space in the garage. You will enter the home with a key pad code on the garage door, and enter through the garage. Beautiful area built around the Provo Temple and the Provo Missionary Training Center.
