In season a total of 10 guests with 8 Adults Maximum plus 2 kiddos Sound View is a lovely 4 plus bedroom home with two separate living areas and three bathrooms. The main level boasts an open living concept with a fully equipped kitchen, a sun-filled dining room and a warm living room area. Both the dining and living area open to ocean breezes with double sliding doors to the huge deck with both comfortable lounging furniture and outside dining furniture and your ever-changing amazing views of the mountains and Somes Sound (Ocean). On this level there are two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom with a King bed houses an en-suite bathroom for optimal privacy and offers the same amazing views the deck does. The 2nd bedroom, also spacious, has a queen sized bed. There is a bathroom with a large glassed-in shower in the hallway. The open concept living areas/kitchen/dining room does have a new mini split for addlt. heating and cooling, A/C needs. The master bedroom offers a portable A/C unit and the adjacent queen, a window a/c unit. The lower floor two bedroom areas have fans available, as it tends to stay cooler in the lower floor. Wander downstairs for two+ more bedrooms with two queen size one also with a twin bed and trundle located off that bedroom. The connecting room houses a desk space and relaxing sitting area and day bed. Attached is a spacious Great room or second living/lounging area to gather and watch a movie. The last bathroom houses a tub/shower combo, great for smaller children who need the convenience of a bath tub. There are two separate laundry areas for each floors for added convenience. Sound View is located on a small side street in the quaint residential village of Hall Quarry. The spacious grounds allow you to stretch out and enjoy your family time indoors and outdoors. Sound View is a great property for your vacation needs and offers amazing ever-changing views. We sleep a total of 10 which is a maximum combination of 8 adults plus 2 children. Please DO NOT instant book with more than 8 ADULTS, as your reservation will be cancelled. Maximum 8 ADULTS or 4 couples really~with additional sleeping area for two children only!! The adults total may not exceed 8. PLEASE NOTE: We are "dog friendly" but you must inquire about your pet/pets prior to booking~ no exceptions. We have a maximum of 2 dogs allowed and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per stay. This fee covers guest convenience, additional cleaning necessary with shedding and non shedding dogs, chewing or scratching of inexpensive items, etc. If there is costly damage done from your furry friend~it will be claimed thru airbnb security deposit. Luckily we have never had to utilize, as we find most all of our pet owners ultra responsible.
